Allow four to six weeks for a complete stand, once the drawings are approved. But the workshop can build in a few days when it has to: a late change or a stand to redo is not a lost cause. Give us the show date first and we will work the schedule back from it.
Yes, and that is the most common case. We take your drawings, we tell you frankly what will not stand up or will not pass the venue’s rules, and we propose the fix. If there are no drawings, we produce the 3D design and you approve it before anything is cut.
Three options, and they do not cost the same at all: it goes back to our warehouse between dates, it is designed to be rebuilt differently — that is what the T3 system is for — or it is a one-off and we dispose of it. That decision is taken before the design, not after: it changes how the stand is built.
We build, deliver, assemble and dismantle. The files each venue demands — drawings to be approved, rigging, electricity, build-up times — are part of the job and we handle them with you. The rules vary from hall to hall: tell us which one and we will check what applies before building.
